LAKE GENEVA, Wis. - The MSOE men's tennis team kicked-off the spring portion of their 2025-26 season on Saturday afternoon, as the Raiders were swept by the Warhawks in the neutral-site contest.
RESULT
MSOE Raiders – 0

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders secured a couple of games in each doubles match, but the Warhawks emerged victorious in all three, despite Augusto Eiji Yamazakii and Carlos Lopez forcing an extra game in the #3 Doubles bout.
- Carlos Patino would be the closest to victory for the Red and White, forcing a tie-breaking third set from the #2 singles position, but would ultimately still fall by a score of 6-0, 5-7, 1-0.
- Yamazaki nearly captured both of his sets against Whitewater, winning four games in each set but coming up just short in Lake Geneva by a score of 6-4, 6-4.
