SAUGET, Ill. – The MSOE baseball kicked off their weekend with a come from behind blowout win over Webster University, taking the lead in the fourth before blowing things open in the eight behind three RBI performances from AJ Le and Camden Hoier.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Webster (4-9, 0-0 SLIAC) put the pressure on early after knocking in two in the first and a run in the second for a 3-0 advantage. Le raced around the bases for a triple in the top of the third to score Christian Bosque and Kyle Mayberry to cut it to a one run game in the top of the third, but the Gorloks got a run back in the bottom half to lead 4-2.
• Mayberry tied up the game in the fourth on a two-out rally with a double to right to score Charlie Claas and Jordan Skolmar. The Raiders took the lead a batter later and Mayberry moved over to third when Teo Greco singled into right, leading 5-4. After three scoreless innings, the Raiders completely took over the game, by a Bosque RBI single and capped with back-to-back doubles and a home run from Claas to make their lead double-digits to end the game early Zaidan Eblin forced a bases loaded groundout to win.
