MILWAUKEE – The accolades keep pouring in for MSOE men's basketball senior
Mason Dopirak as he was named Third-Team All-American by D3Hoops.com, announced Tuesday afternoon.
This is Dopirak's second All-American honors earned this season as last week he earned second-team honors from the NABC. Dopirak improved from last year with D3Hoops, earning second-team all-region honors last season.
Dopirak led the conference and was fourth in the nation with 26.1 points per game, with a 90 percent free throw percentage and a 51.6 field goal percentage. Dopirak appeared and started in all but one game this season, dropping 20+ points in 23 of those games, with six of those having 30+ and a 46-point performance against Lakeland in the NACC Quarterfinal.
Dopirak helped lead the Raiders to their best season since 2018-19 as they went 19-7 and 16-2 in conference play, grabbing the share of the regular season title and the No. 1 seed in the NACC Tournament. The Raiders rolled past the Muskies with the help of Dopirak's performance before falling in the semifinals to No. 5 seed Marian.
