MILWAUKEE – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) has announced the 2026 Academic All-District members, with MSOE having four on the list.
Max Babich,
Christian Bosque,
Camden Hoier, and
Eric Williamson all earned honors, with Bosque earning for the second straight season. The group of Babich, Bosque, and Hoier will move to the national ballot to earn Academic All-American honors.
Babich was stellar on the mound as the Raiders top arm in the bullpen, having a 2.36 ERA and batter hitting only .208 in 45.2 innings of work. Babich struck out 55 batters, allowing just 18 walks, while also recording four saves as he earned first team all-conference and third-team all-region.
Bosque, who moved over to second base this season, had a .989 fielding percentage this season with 81 assists, hitting .321 with 52 base hits and 13 doubles, swiping 19 bags. He recorded 15 multi-hit games throughout the season, having a season-high three RBI games against Dominican on March 21
st and Lakeland on March 30
th.
Hoier had a breakout season hitting clean up, leading the team with 62 hits and 14 doubles for 35 RBIs, riding a 12-game hit streak from April 3
rd to April 25
th. Hoier recorded 19 multi-hit games, along with perfect days at the plate against Concordia Wisconsin on April 8
th and Aurora on May 8
th, going 3-for-3 in both contests.
Williamson took charge as No. 2 in the rotation, making twelve starts with a 3.91 ERA in 40.2 innings of work, striking out 48 with opponents hitting .222 against him. Williamson had one of his best outings on March 14
th against Hanover where he went five scoreless innings, allowing two hits and two walks while he struck out nine.
The Raiders end their season with an overall record of 30-14, setting a program record for wins in and a season, and went 18-6 in conference play during the regular season. The Raiders had ten named to the all-conference team, having three from the pitching staff named first-team honors, with Brzezinski being named the NACC Pitcher of the Year.
