MILWAUKEE – A couple of Raiders have earned NACC weekly honors as Charlie Larson and Sam McPeak were recognized for their performances across the week of Sept. 1-6, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals. 

Larson, a sophomore from Germantown, Wisconsin, tied for 12th at the season-opening Culver's Edgewood University Classic after finishing 2-over-par over 36 holes with a 144 total. He fired an opening-round 3-over 74, then rebounded for a 1-under 70 to finish as the highest-placed NACC player in the field. Larson's second-round 70 included three birdies on the back nine.

McPeak, a senior from Dublin, Ohio, finished fifth at the Tom Barry Invitational hosted by St. Norbert College. He covered the 6,000-meter course in 19:20.0 to lead the Raiders to a runner-up team finish overall. MSOE was the top NCAA Division III team at the event.

Larson and the men's golf team are back in action this weekend at the WLC Invite on September 13^th, scheduled for one round of play at Washington County Golf Course in Hartford, Wis.

McPeak and the men's cross country team are back on the course on Saturday, September 19^th for the Tom Hoffman Invitational in Whitewater, Wis.
