APPLETON, Wis. –
Sadie Dakay picked up victories during singles and doubles play as the MSOE women's tennis team dropped a non-conference match at Lawrence University.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Dakay teamed up with Ana Clara Kamiyama in the No. 1 doubles where they won 6-3. Amelia Segelstrom and Stephania Gonzalez fell at No. 2 6-3, along with Simona Sulminas and Isela Sandoval Luis at No. 3 falling 6-3 as Lawrence (3-6, 0-2 MWC) picked up the doubles point.
- Dakay picked up singles victory for MSOE (1-5, 1-4 NACC) at the No. 2 spot, winning 6-2 and 6-1. Gonzalez won at No. 3 with scores of 7-4 and 6-1. Unfortunately, the Vikings would win the remaining matches to secure the win.

The Raiders head to the ITA Midwest Regional next week at Gustavus Adolphus College, with action set to begin on Friday, September 25
th.
