Box Score CHICAGO, Ill. – MSOE women's basketball hit the court for the second time this week when they made the drive to the Windy City to take on Illinois Tech. The Raiders used a dominate second quarter to seal the deal on their third straight victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Everything wasn't completely easy for MSOE (3-1, 2-0 NACC). While they never trailed in the contest, Illinois Tech (2-5, 0-2 NACC) was only down by four after the first quarter.
- The Scarlet Hawks blew a tire and only scored four points in the second however, allowing the Raiders to pull away with 15 of their own.
- MSOE outscored Illinois Tech in the second half as well, with their defense holding IIT to just 29.8 shooting percentage from the field overall in a 19-tally victory.
RAIDER REMARKS
- The Raiders and Scarlet Hawks have gone to battle nine times in the all-time series. MSOE has walked away with victories in all nine contests.
- The Red & White dominated in the paint, outscoring IIT 38-16 under the rim.
