MSOE Softball Prospect Camp

Grades: 9th Grade – 12th Grade + JUCO

Camp Limit: The camp is limited to 30 attendees 

Instruction: 
 
Join and work directly with the MSOE Raiders softball coaching staff and team members in drills as well as a competitive scrimmage. Learn about Milwaukee School of Engineering, our program and how we do things the Raider way!

The MSOE Softball Prospect Camp will be held at Raiders Field. Opened in 2023, Raiders Field is home to MSOE’s women’s softball team. It replaces the university’s existing softball field, which is in the heart of campus in downtown Milwaukee. It features a natural grass and dirt field, two dugouts, a single lane batting cage and bullpen on each side of the field, press box, ticket window, concessions and seating for 250 spectators. Raiders Field is located at 1010 N. Milwaukee St., Milwaukee, WI
In case of bad weather, the camp will be held in the MSOE Kern Center Fieldhouse. 
 
What to Bring:  

Participants must bring all the equipment needed to participate in the camp (helmet, bat, glove, catching equipment, etc.). In case of bad weather, the camp will be held indoors at the Kern Center. Please bring turfs just in case. Participants are encouraged to wear their travel team uniform or jersey.  Water will be provided but please bring a water bottle. 
 
Camp Specifics: 
 
Skill Development: Work directly with the MSOE softball coaching staff and players replicating our daily training environment, including live at-bats and competitive game play.  
The camp will also include an Admissions/Academics Talk and an optional tour guided by some of our Raiders Softball Players.

Insurance/Medical Forms: 
 
Campers must have their own health insurance. Each camper must complete the medical history/liability release form. It can be mailed, emailed or brought on the first day. Under no circumstances may a camper participate without completing this form. 
 
Confirmation/Refunds/Cancellations: 
 
Registration confirmation will be emailed prior to the start of the camp. No refunds will be given unless accompanied by an authorized doctors notice. In the event of a camp cancellation, campers will be notified one week prior to the start of the camp and a full refund will be processed.
