MADISON, Wis. – The MSOE Men's Tennis team faced off with Illinois Tech on Sunday, as the Raiders fell 8-1 in a rematch of last year's NACC Championship.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders took the Scarlet Hawks to the limit in several matches despite the final score. Miguel Lopez won his first set 6-3, before losing a narrow second set and letting the tiebreaker slip away.
- Yacine Ferjani nearly pulled off a tremendous comeback after dropping his first set. Ferjani stormed back to take the second set 6-4, before losing a thrilling tiebreaker set 11-9. Jannik Michaelis suffered a similar fate, winning his second set and falling 10-6 in the tiebreaker.
- The Raiders finally got a win when doubles action began, as Lopez and Clark Rue went back-and-forth with the Scarlet Hawks until they finally got on a roll when the tiebreaker came around, shutting down Illinois Tech 7-0.
