North Central - 1
HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (0-1-4, 0-0-0 NACC) wasted no time getting on the board as 2:45 into the game they struck when Nico Picha found Cellio through the middle of the box for a quick 1-0 lead. Later in the half, North Central (2-2-2, 0-0-0 CCIW) found themselves victorious in the middle of a scrum in the box to put one to the back of the net to tie things at one, which held at the break.
- The shot count was even for the game, as Asher Harris came up big shutting out the Cardinals in the second half. Danny Aranda and Picha each had early looks as the second half began, but were saved in the corners. As the clock continued to tick down and the Raiders continued to come up short, taking another draw to begin the season.
