HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (14-5-3, 8-3-1 NACC) made the first two shots with Adrian Manchado and Nico Picha hitting high before in the 13th minute Aurora (13-4-3, 10-1-1 NACC) attacked Christian Dershem in net with him making a save. Manchado attacked the Spartan keeper 58 seconds later but was snagged. The Spartans got the only other shot on goal of the first half as the two went into the break scoreless.
- Manchado took two more chances as the net to open the second half but couldn't get them through. In the 59th minute, Lachlan Ladd took a shot that was blocked and placed perfectly for Picha for a wide open net to get the Raiders on the board.
