MILWAUKEE - Throughout the month of July, Raider Athletics will look back on the Top 10 moments of the 2024-25 seasons. Clocking in at #4 is
Gavin Graham's run to the National Championship, as he became the first MSOE wrestler to qualify since 2018.
After opening the Upper Midwest Regional with a fall win in just 2:52, Graham would stumble in the quarterfinal but bounced back with three consecutive decision wins to earn his spot in the 3
rd place match. With his season on the line, Graham powered his way to a 7-2 decision win over Augustana, earning a ticket to Providence, Rhode Island to compete for the national title with his 3

With the loss, Graham moved to the consolation bracket, and suffering another loss would end his tournament run. Despite a back-and-forth battle, Graham would fall via decision 5-3, ending his tournament run early, as the Nathan Hale product saw his historic season come to a close.
