Biography

2017-18: Played in all 27 games … scored 14 points on six goals and eight assists while on defense … tied for third on the team in goals scored … lit the lamp twice on the power play and shared the team lead with two game-winners ... picked up just 18 penalty minutes … played a key role in a defense that posted a 2.35 GAA and two shutouts ... struck for game-winning goals in back-to-back games Oct. 28 vs. UW-River Falls and at Finlandia Nov. 3 … had two goals against the Lions … picked up a goal and an assist against St. Scholastica Nov. 11 … also scored goals at St. Scholastica Jan. 13 and against Trine Jan. 20.

2016-17: Academic All-NCHA … played in all 25 games … scored three goals and tallied nine assists for 12 points … two goals came on the power play … logged 22 penalty minutes … played a role in three shutouts and three other games with just one goal allowed … lit the lamp on a power play in 3-2 win at #3 Adrian in the season-opener Oct. 28 … assisted on a pair of goals against St. Mary’s (Minn.) Nov. 22 … registered a goal and assist at Marian Jan. 28 … had an assist in each of the final three games of the season, including both games of series with #2/3 St. Norbert Feb. 16-18 … assist in the opener came on the equalizer in 2-1 victory.

2015-16: Academic All-NCHA … one of two players to play in all 25 games … led Raider defensemen with four goals, seven assists and 11 points … second on the team with two game-winners … logged 14 penalty minutes … had a role in two shutouts and five games with one goal allowed … tallied the game-winner in each of the first two wins of the season, Oct. 30 vs. #3 Adrian and Nov. 6 at Concordia Wisconsin … tallied points in four-of-five games Nov. 21-Jan. 3 … scored two goals and assisted on another against Aurora Feb. 12 … added an assist the next night against AU.

2014-15: Played in all 28 games … scored five goals and had nine assists for 14 points … two goals were on the power play and two were game-winners … logged 26 penalty minutes … had a hand in all of the Raiders’ six school-record shutouts against Northland Dec. 6, St. Mary’s Jan. 4, UW-Stout Jan. 9, Finlandia Jan. 31 and Concordia Wisconsin twice (Feb. 13-14) … tallied a point in four-straight games Nov. 8-29, notching two assists at Marian and a goal against Aurora in that stretch … posted another four-game streak Jan. 4-16, opening the run with the game-winning goal and an assist against St. Mary’s Jan. 4 … also scored the game-winner at UW-Superior Jan. 10 … scored a goal at No. 7 St. Norbert in the Harris Cup Semifinal Feb. 28.

Juniors: Played 31 games in 2013-14 with the Minot Minotauros of the NAHL and 11 more games with the EHL Walpole Express ... after the season, played in the CCM Hockey Showcase All-Star game ... in 2012-13, skated for the Melville Millionaires of the SJHL, playing in 50 games with 11 assists ... named the team's rookie of the year.

High School: Played hockey and baseball at Chaparral High School ... won the Colorado High School Hobey Baker Award.

Personal: Son of Kevin and Kimberly ... majoring in biomedical engineering.
