High School: Earned four varsity letters at Pecatonica High School.  4 year team captain.  2022-23 and 2023-24 Team MVP.  Trained at Alber Athletics Wrestling Club.

Personal: Son of Lori and Zack Foster.  Wrestled for coach Thomas Sanner and coach Dermot Dolan in high school.  Biomedical Engineering major.
