2017-18: Went 31-9 at 174 pounds ... tied MSOE freshman record for wins and posted the second-best winning percentage (.775) ... wins are also tied for the 10th-most in a season in school history ... CCIW Champion ... placed at five other tournaments, including first-place showings at the Dan Gable Open Nov. 11 in first collegiate event and at the Al Hanke Invitational Jan. 13 ... won the fifth-place match at the NCAA Upper Midwest Regional Championships ... won 11-straight matches Dec. 15-Jan. 26 ... lone fall on the season came in 3:27 in collegiate debut at Gable Open.

High School: Competed in wrestling and played football and golf ... two-time state champion at 170 pounds ... was also named conference wrestler of the year twice ... earned all-conference honors in football.

Personal: Son of Matt and Hayley ... majoring in mechanical engineering.
