Coach Sydney Large began her rowing career at the University of Minnesota before transferring and finishing her career at University of Central Oklahoma, where she was a part of the 2023 National Runner-Up team.  Large served as a coach at the Texas Rowing Center, where she helped lead her team to a Texas State Championship, and at RIVERSPORT in Oklahoma City before joining the MSOE Raider family.  Before taking charge of the women's rowing program, Large previously worked at Opendorse, specializing in NIL/athletic marketing.
