AURORA, Ill. – The MSOE men's wrestling team followed up their impressive showing at the Muskie invitational against the Spartans of Aurora University.  The Raiders were unable to hold off a late push from the Spartans and fell 32-20

HOW IT HAPPENED

• MSOE started slow, dropping the first match of the night via fall, but the Raiders bounced back behind a great effort from Alex Morales to win his match via decision (6-1) and bring the score to 6-3.
• After dropping the next two matches, and finding themselves trailing by 13 points, Michael Smith and Joseph Estrada put the team on their back, scoring back to back falls and bringing the score to 16-15 in favor of the Spartans.
• The Raiders scored their final points of the night behind a dominant display from Caleb Brick, who secured a technical fall at the 5:44 mark, bringing the score to 22-20.

WHO'S ON DECK
The Raiders host the annual MSOE invite on Saturday, December 2^nd at 9:00am in the Kern Center.
