RESULT
MSOE RAIDERS – 5
Wisconsin Lutheran Warriors – 2
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders (5-3, 5-1 NACC) were unphased by the Warriors (4-4, 3-3 NACC) in doubles play, as MSOE cruised to a win in all three sets, highlighted by a 6-2 win from #1 Doubles pair Karley Way and Gabrielle Haensgen.
- G. Haensgen would also capture a singles victory from the #3 slot, winning in straight sets (7-5, 6-4) despite a hard-fought effort from the Warriors. Michaela Haensgen would add to the Raiders singles success with a 7-5, 6-2 win of her own, all but ensuring an MSOE triumph.
- The Raiders would finish ahead in four of the six singles matches, as a win from Stephania Gonzalez (6-1, 6-0) and a marathon effort from Delaney Premeau (6-7, 6-4, 1-0) helped the Raiders earn their third straight conference win.
