Mahima Chokshi becoming the 11
th player in MSOE Women's Basketball history to score 1,000 career points.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (11-4, 6-2 NACC) jumped out to an early lead over Marian (1-16, 1-9 NACC) after Mahima Chokshi tallied the first seven points of the evening for the Raiders, as the Red and White worked their lead to double-digits by their first basket of the second quarter. The Raiders would shoot 53% from the field in the second quarter, including 44% from three-point range as a 20-9 run gave MSOE a 39-18 lead at the break following a three-pointer from Gina Falls.
- Coming out of halftime, the Raiders didn't let their foot off the gas, holding the Sabres to just 16% from the field in the third quarter. The MSOE lead would eclipse the 30-point mark just before the midway point of the quarter on a three-point play from Dani Mendez, with an Aleah Butterbrodt fastbreak layup pushing the Red and White's lead to 66-26.
- On the first possession of the fourth quarter, Chokshi drove to the lane, getting directly to the basket and converting a layup to join the 1,000 point-club for the Red and White, becoming the 11th player in program history to reach the scoring benchmark. From there in was all MSOE, as everyone got in on the fun, with 13 different Raiders scoring at least one basket in the lopsided 87-39 victory.
