LAKE FOREST, Ill. - Sophomore John Price scored a singles win and the MSOE men's tennis won at No. 1 doubles as it fell to Lake Forest 7-2 Saturday evening at Racquet Club of Lake Bluff.
The Raiders (3-4) saw their three-match winning streak snapped at the hands of the Foresters (3-4).
Price saw his singles winning streak extended to five-straight matches with a straight-set victory at No. 4 singles. He got past his LFC counterpart 6-3, 6-3.
MSOE also scored in the top doubles position behind senior Zachary Dam and sophomore David Gorodetsky. The pair scored an 8-6 victory to get the team off to a positive start in doubles play.
The Raiders are back in action at home Sunday, hosting St. Mary's at Elite Sports Club-River Glen.
