HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders looked to continue the momentum from last week's shutout win over CUW, with Jesse Johnson and Liam Anderson kicking things off with back-to-back fall victories at 125 and 133, putting MSOE up 12-0 just two matches in.
- Max Sanderfoot would extend the Red and White lead, putting on a clinic in his 15-0 tech fall win at 141 and pushing the lead to 17-0. The Raiders would forfeit 149, but immediately bounce back with another win, with Michael Smith recording a pin at 7:19 in his 157 bout.
- Toren Vandenbush and Diego Snell-Martinez would score decision wins for the Raiders, while any hopes of a Lakeland comeback vanished. Gavin Graham would record the final win of the day for MSOE, scoring a win via fall at in 7:12 as the Red and White outscored the Muskies 35-3 sans forfeits.
