OSHKOSH, Wis. & DE PERE, Wis. – The MSOE swimming & diving team competed in two meets over the weekend, beginning at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh on Friday, and then competing in a double-dual at St. Norbert College while also competing against Ripon College.

MEN'S TEAM RECAP 

• vs. Wisconsin-Oshkosh
  • Caleb Brewer had three event wins Friday, winning both the 50-yard freestyle (24.64), 50-yard butterfly (24.04), and 100-yard butterfly (54.03). Brewer also joined Mateo Haeuser, Joven Langseth, and Cayden Page for the 200-yard medley to claim victory in 1:39.92. Braedon Loeffelholz won both distance events, first in the 1,000-yard freestyle in 10:45.46, and then the 500-yard freestyle in 5:11.42.
  • Page won the 50-yard freestyle in 22.42, while also finishing in second in the 100-yard freestyle in 50.20. Langseth and Haeuser each had second-place finishes, first with Langseth in the 100-yard backstroke in 57.19 and Haeuser in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:02.79.
• vs. St. Norbert & Ripon
  • Brewer added two more victories on Saturday, first winning the 200-yard freestyle in 1:47.46, and then in the 100-yard butterfly in 52.98. Haeuser also added two victories, winning the 200-yard IM in 2:00.65, and then in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:00.87. The two of them joined Garin Schilling and Page to win the 200-yard medley in 1:39.35.
  • Page had two second-place finishes on the day, swimming 47.82 in the 100-yard freestyle, and then 22.42 in the 50-yard freestyle. Loeffelholz also had a second-place finish, finishing in 10:38.48 in the 1,000-yard freestyle.

WOMEN'S TEAM RECAP  

• vs. Wisconsin-Oshkosh
  • Ava Pike won the 50-yard freestyle in 26.41, while also finishing second in the 100-yard freestyle in 58.72. Jocelyn Katte won the 50-yard breaststroke in 35:16, while also finishing in second in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:17.68. The two teamed up with Lyndsey Diefenthaler and Jordan Konz in the 200-yard medley to finish third in 2:05.41.
• vs. St. Norbert & Ripon
  • Pike finished third in the 50-yard freestyle in 26.41 and then finished fourth in the 100-yard freestyle in 58.20. Konz finished fourth in the 100-yard butterfly in 1:09.50. She joined Katte, Pike, and Maya Majewski for the 200-yard medley to finish fourth in 2:05.39.

WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders return next weekend for the Wisconsin Private College Championship, hosted by Carthage College. Action begins on January 31^st with the diving events, with the swimming events beginning the following day.
