ALLENDALE, Mich. – The MSOE Women's track & field team made the trip across Lake Michigan for the Grand Valley State University Big Meet that saw two top-five finishes from Jessa Alderman.

RECAP 

• Alderman had the highest finishes of the day, finishing third overall in the shot put with a toss 13.35 meters and fifth in the weight throw with 16.47 meters, both massive season bests. Katrina Wawrzyn also had a top-ten finish in the throws, finishing tenth in the shot put in 12.07 meters. Gillian McDaniel ran new person best in the 200-meter dash, running 26.88, while also adding an 18^th place finish in the long jump of 5.01 meters. Also having a person best was Ella Kwaterski in the 3,000-meter run in 11:25.14.

WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders now put their focus to the conference championship in two weeks, held in Racine at University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Action is set to begin on Friday, February 28^th with a major of the action the following day on March 1^st.
