MEQUON, Wis. – MSOE women's basketball headed just north of the city to take on Concordia Wisconsin in NACC action on Wednesday night, looking to bring home their first win of 2020. Unfortunately, the Raiders couldn't keep pace with the Falcons in the second half, falling by 15 in Mequon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
While the first half was competitive, it was also low scoring. MSOE (4-8, 4-3 NACC) put up 16 points on 8 of 23 shooting from the field, while Concordia Wisconsin (4-6, 4-3 NACC) only did three points better. Production increased for both teams in the second half, as the Raiders shot exactly 41.7 percent in both the third and fourth quarters. The Falcons extended their lead in the third by making more than half of their 13 total shots, but the Red & White were still alive heading into the last ten minutes. CUW saw their offense collapse in the final frame, shooting just 20 percent, but got to the charity stripe enough to more than make up for it. The Falcons converted on all 12 of their free throws, allowing them to create even more distance between themselves and MSOE. 1 of 8 shooting from behind the arc also hurt the Raiders as they fall in their third straight NACC game.
