MILWAUKEE – Mason Dopirak has earned his first Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) player of the week honors announced today after his dominant performance on the hardwood for the MSOE men's basketball team last week.

Dopirak, a senior guard from Manitowoc, averaged 28.5 points as the Raiders went 1-1 during the week. He kicked off the week scoring 28 points with four 3-pointers and three assists while shooting 67 percent (10-15) from the field in a 93-80 loss to Carroll. Dopirak followed that performance with a 29-point game in an 81-72 win over Coe College. He was a perfect 12-of-12 at the free-throw line, grabbed four rebounds, and had three assists against the Kohawks.

Dopirak and the Raiders have their conference opener tomorrow night as they host Dominican University at 7:00 p.m.
