MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Graden Jansen and Adam Shaw have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of April 14-20, 2025, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.  Both Jansen and Shaw have won multiple weekly NACC awards this season, as this marks Jansen's second win and Shaw's sixth.

Jansen, a sophomore midfielder, went 19-of-25 on faceoffs in a 17-4 win over Lawrence on April 16. He followed that performance up with a 26-for-26 effort in a 21-5 win at Beloit. Jansen also added a goal and an assist against Beloit, and an assist against Lawrence.  This is his second specialist award of the season.

Shaw, a senior from Minooka, Illinois, was the top collegiate finisher in the 1,500-meter run at the UW-La Crosse Phil Esten Challenge. His runner-up time of 3:51.78 ranks 24th on the NCAA Division III performance list.  This marks Shaw's first outdoor award of the season, after two indoor track weekly awards and three during cross country season.

Jansen and the men's lacrosse team await playoff seeding to determine the details of their NACC Tournament Quarterfinal match up on Saturday, April 23, while Shaw and the track and field teams will head to the NACC Championship in De Pere on Friday, May 2.
