MILWAUKEE – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) has announced the 2026 men's volleyball preseason poll with MSOE being voted second.
The Raiders, who are receiving votes in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) preseason poll, received two first-place points behind Aurora who led the poll with 24 first-place votes. Benedictine was voted third with Dominican in fourth.
Edgewood and Concordia Chicago both tied for fifth to round out the top five.
The Raiders return first-team all-conference selection
Callan Harris, who led the team and was third in the NACC with 3.84 kills per set, while hitting .221. The Freshman of the Year two years ago
Parker Rings returns as the team's setter, who averaged 9.63 assists per set, surpassing 40 assists in eight matches. Another major contributor returning is
Seth Thomas, who earned second-team all-conference honors a season ago, who averaged 2.56 kills per set, while also leading the team with 32 service aces, tallying nine multi-ace matches including a six-ace performance against Benedictine in the NACC Semi-final.
The Raiders open their season next Saturday, January 15
th as they travel to take on Mount Union, a program receiving votes in the AVCA preseason poll. The home opener is set for Friday, January 23
rd against #14 Loras College at 7:00 p.m.
