MILWAUKEE –
Matthew Schultz has been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Offensive Player of the Week after his stellar performance on the court for MSOE men's volleyball team.
Schultz, a junior from Antioch, Illinois, had 25 kills across three matches, highlighted by 13 kills on 14 attacks for a school-record .929 attack percentage in a 3-0 win over UW-Stevens Point. He also posted six kills each in 3-0 wins over RV North Central (Ill.) and seventh-ranked UC Santa Cruz. Schultz finished the week with five service aces and eight blocks (three solo) while hitting .657 (25-2-35).
Schultz and the Raiders will see action against on Friday, February 20
th as they host #5 Cal Lutheran at 7:00 p.m.
